LAMINATION, JOINING AND COATING SERVICES
P.P.H.U. "BOCHEMIA" provides a wide range of services as regards of joining various materials. We using the most modern techniques like lamination with the flame, powder method, adhesive tape, spray adhesive, coating. For this purpose we use adhesives in the form of powders, solid film, webs, as well as semi-permeable membrane dispersion adhesives, hot melt and solvent-base adhesive.
We use five types of methods of application of adhesives in various combinations tailored to specific application:
- powder method allows even the imposition powder adhesive of bonding material. Printed adhesive powder is then melted and joined with other material.

- coating method allows to accurately incorporate an even, thin layer adhesive on silicone paper or directly on the material. The joining with the another material is immediately - "on wet film" or after drying the adhesive film.

- Spraying method allows for even incorporate adhesive with nozzle system powered by compressed air.

- method using an adhesive film allows even distribution of adhesive film on the material, the contact with other material and welding at elevated temperatures and joining.

- lamination with the flame allows the use of polyurethane foam and other, which is heated and molten flame acts as a glue. The combination of the other material shall take place immediately after melting the foam.

Laminated, coated, bonded materials are used in:
- Clothing,
- Furniture and upholstery,
- Leather-working and household,
- Footwear,
- Automotive,
- Filtration materials,
- Sound and thermal insulation,
- construction,
- Different types of composites,
- Breathable and protective sport products,
- And more.
Moreover, P.P.H.U. "BOCHEMIA" manufactures materials to be placed between linings, used to stiffen shoe elements, along with spread layer of self-adhesive (with siliconated paper) or thermoplastic adhesive.
We offer on regular basis:
- self-adhesive and thermoplastic so called "molino", thin cotton material of substances from 105 g/m2 up to 140 g/m2, in natural and black colours.
- self-adhesive and thermoplastic so called "wigonka", thicker cotton material of a little bit tighter fabric weave, of substances from 180 g/m2 up to 220 g/m2, in natural and black colours.
- self-adhesive and thermoplastic so called "celebes", the thickest cotton material of tight fabric weave, of substances from 215 g/m2up to 260 g/m2, in natural and black colours.
